20.2 LTS Fixed Issues

The following is a list of the most relevant fixed issues in the 20.2 LTS release (20.2.244).

On machines with Application Control or static analysis enabled, if a sensor was upgraded to a version between 20.1.222 and 20.1.262 (not included), Application Control failed to start. This issue has been resolved.

When upgrading a Windows sensor in the UI to a new sensor version (from a hotfix or a Service Pack, the upgrade failed due to a verification issue as a result of Microsoft Windows 10’s August update. This issue has been resolved.

Sensors on machines running Ubuntu did not detect proxy environments, causing in the auto-detect mechanism to fail. This issue has been resolved.

If you tried to log into the Cybereason platform with a user name but no password, the login request was denied and you were redirected to a white screen and not back to the Logon screen. This issue has been resolved.

End users received notifications on a machine when the assigned policy for that machine had the Endpoint notifications disabled. This issue has been resolved and disabling notifications works correctly for all scenarios and toggles selected in the System > Policies management > Endpoint UI Settings screen.
