Important

If you upgrade from from versions earlier than 18.1 to this version and receive a “Certificate chain trust error” message, see Certificate updates.

Note

The Cybereason platform now supports sensors on Windows 10 21H1. This OS is recommended in version 20.1.502 and later. For more details, see Supported OS versions for the sensor.

Certificate updates

As of version 20.1.222, the Cybereason sensor obtains the GeoTrust RSA CA 2018 Intermediate CA directly from the server.

If you upgrade from versions earlier than 18.1 to version 18.1 or later versions and receive a “Certificate chain trust error” messages, do one of the following:

• Upgrade to version 20.1.222 (released with the July 19th Service Pack).

• Manually resolve the issue. For more information, see "Certificate Chain Trust Error" Message after Sensor is Installed on a Windows Machine.
